Cancellation policy
- Cancellation: This reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified (Non refundable).
Damage deposit
- Refundable damage deposit: A deposit of USD 250 is required upon your arrival. The deposit will be reimbursed on your check-out day after an inspection is conducted by our team. If no damages are found during the inspection, the full amount will be refunded to you.
Guest requirements
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and the name on your booking must match exactly as shown on your valid travel document/ID.

- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The minimum stay requirements are as follows: 3 nights during low season (06 Nov to 20 Dec 2024; 12 Jan to 26 Jan 2025; 01 Feb to 18 Apr 2025; 23 Apr to 01 Jun 2025, 01 Oct to 20 Dec 2025).
- 3 night during mid-high season (01 Jun to 01 Jul 2025 and 01 Sep to 01 Oct 2025).
- 4 nights during high season (26 Jan to 01 Feb 2025; 18 Apr to 23 Apr 2025; 01 Jul to 01 Sep 2025).
- 5 night during peak season (20 Dec to 12 Jan 2025; 20 Dec to 11 Jan 2026).
- 10% off for a stay of 7 nights or longer
- 20% off for a stay of 28 nights or longer
- 15% off for a booking less than 30 days before the stay
- 5% off for a booking more than 180 days before the stay
